BTW, coupon says it is valid at JCPenney Sephora store. I rarely go to the mall, so had no idea that the JCPenney store there did not have a cosmetics counter. While I was in the mall I came across a Sephora store. Showed them the Q, and they acknowledged that it was their promo. Got my free sample, no problem.
