i actually didn't print the guiding stars FLIP for the OJ because i'm thinking the sale would be off after tonight (you know they have new fliers every wed.)

Where is this FLIP? I didn't get it in my Shopper's Companion! Is it available at their website?

I didn't see it in their shoppers' companion email either!! I tried to print out the 4 coupons that are listed at the bottom of the email this week and it said I'd already printed them!!! Ticked me off. I guess I'll have to wait for another site I use to post them. She even posts them in PDF so you can avoid the FL site altogether. They are not up yet.

What is the Guiding Star coupons everyone is talking about??

Sorry just saw this.

On the Food Lion website there is a Guiding Star game that you can play. Once you play the game and answer at least 10 of the questions correctly you "win" a coupon. The coupon is for $1 off any item that has a Guiding Star rating. The game asks you to name how many Guiding stars each item has. (Or you can bypass this and do a Google search this FLIP and print the PDF version of it from some other websites that I cannot name here).

In the Food Lion stores, there are Guiding Stars on the shelf tags of items that are considered healthy. There will either be 1, 2, or 3 stars. The more stars the item has the healthier it is for you.

Use that coupon to get lots of free or cheap stuff such as fruits and vegetables, meats, canned and frozen veggies, frozen fries (who knew?), tuna, spaghetti sauce, OJ, and the list goes on and on.

Hint: When printing the coupon, change the number of copies you want when the print dialog box comes up b/c you can only print the coupon once.

None to share at that time other than the OJ! Unless you count produce but I didn't buy produce last week.

I've only used this coupon this week on Apple Juice. $1.50-$1 GS=$0.50
