    Default Receipts don't match problems

    I entered my receipts on-line a week or so ago, now they say that the receipts don't match? I've double check all 4 of them, and they are entered correctly. So now I have to either fax or send them in, but I don't really remember the deals, something about batteries and something else. Is anyone else having this trouble?

    Sorry, I have not had any issues - have you tried calling to see what the exact issue is?

    No, I just found the problem on Sunday night and haven't called yet. I had the same trouble with some purchases last month, but that turned out to be that particular Rite Aid. Apparently the Port Huron area store doesn't jive 100% with the rest of the company, and none of my receipts had been reported properly from their end. This month I went to the Rite Aid in Caladonia and now have a similar problem? I don't know, maybe my bad cash register karma is affecting this aspect of shopping too.

    I haven't had any problems at all either. In fact, on my Hersheys purchase, they'd forgotten to discount a manuf Q which I realized after I got in my car. I went back in, and they had to make a "false purchase" in order to deduct the Q. They'd scanned my original receipt and deducted the candy from that receipt, so I was concerned that my receipts wouldn't show up properly, but WAGS sent me a confirming email accepting it. I was glad about that.
