    Default Too Exhausted to Shop?

    Is there such a thing?

This is the first Sunday in a long time in which I did not get up super early just to clip my coupons before church and map out my shopping routes, etc.

Came home this afternoon and I have been on the couch most of the day. Totally exhausted!

I have not even opened my paper!!!!!!
Now I'm thinking I will just wait 'til the morning.

    Wow!!! I must be pooped!

LOL you must be. I switched all my shopping to Sundays and I was gone from 10:30 this morning until about 1 pm. But I smell good and have shiny hair.

    Default yes!

Last weekend was like that for me - too tired and too busy to shop or even look at the paper. I shopped for nine hours on Friday/Saturday this weekend, saved over $400, but am pretty wiped out. After doing a few trades, I'll have to put this aside for a day or two to recover! LOL

LOL that was me today! I gave myself a day off since I could barely move and do anything. Besides the shopping, I think the planning and all the numbers have exhausted me. I've been planning deals up til bedtime and now I'm too drained to think of shopping. Who knows I may need to take a couple days off. What? Did I just say that? Lol. With all the money we save we can pass up the little bitty deals I suppose but not the 85% up to FREE deals. No way.

My teenage daughter loves to go with me when I do these shopping trips. We estimated based on my time and savings for this past weekend's shopping, that I "earned" about $20/hour! AND it was fun, I did it when it was convenient for me, and I took my daughter "to work" with me! Not to mention the other fringe benefit of stocking my cupboards, getting gifts, getting items for charity, etc.

    What a great job!
