    Default Help..will this plan work?

I'm planning a trip with several transactions..please tell me if I'm doing this the best way..thanks o' wise ones for the help...I'm a newbie and a little scared they'll tell me to leave.

    Walgreens:

    1st transaction:

    Chapstick 1.99
    Halls 1.39(minus 1.00 Q)
    =2.38 oop + 1.99 RR

    2nd transaction:

    Colgate .99(minus .75 Q)
    Softsoap 3.99(minus .75 Q)
    =3.48 - 1.99RR from chapstick = $1.49 oop + 3.99 RR

    3rd transaction:

    Chapstick 1.99
    Halls 1.39(minus 1.00 Q)
One a day vitamin drink 1.49
    Kotex tampons 2/$6(minus $1 Q,minus $1 Q)
    =7.87-3.99 RR from softsoap =3.88 oop + 1.99 RR(chapstick) + 1.00 RR(tampons) + 1.49 rebate one a day vitamin drink

    4th transaction

    Softsoap 3.99
    =3.99 - 1.99 RR(chapstick) - 1.00 RR(tampons)=1.00 oop + 3.99 RR(softsoap)

    Hey hun

Have you checked out this thread? This looks like a great way, and you can always add a few things in there like the halls you want a such, but you should try to use this as your base. HTH.

you might have a problem with the second transaction

    2nd transaction:

    Colgate .99(minus .75 Q)
    Softsoap 3.99(minus .75 Q)
    =3.48 - 1.99RR from chapstick = $1.49 oop + 3.99 RR

    that's technically 3 qs on 2 items (2 mfq and 1 rr = 3 q) . Add a pencil or something.
A penny saved was not a good sale....

I think the softsoap only produces a coupon for another free softsoap and I believe it has stopped rolling over. Thats going to hurt your plan.
Here is something I have figured up. There might be a better plan, especially if youre willing to lose or gain a few items. I always like to end with my last transaction with an item that comes with a large rebate(like the wali-tin) to cover the cost of all or most of my purchases. But...

    1.
    Chapstick:1.99$
    Kotex: 2/6$(-two 1$q)
    =6$oop+1.99RR+1RR...

    2.
    Colgate: .99(-.75q)
    Softsoap: 3.99$(-.75q)
    =3.48-1.99RR+1RR=.49oop...

    3.
    Free Softsoap
    Chapstick: 1.99
    =1.99oop+1.99RR...

    4.
    One-a-Day: 1.49$
    2 Halls: 2x1.39(-2x1$q)
    =2.27-1.99RR=.28oop+1.49rebate .........................plus taxes of course

    FYI: There were 1$ and 4$/2 q for One-a-Day in 3/22 S

    Default oops..

I forgot about the q to product ratio. Trans #2 (of mine) has two too many q's. I cant see a way to rework it. you could add two items. Maybe a coke and free candy?
