Went to donate

I try to donate every week to our local food pantry. My daughter and I take $10-15 dollars a week and see how much we can get for the pantry. I use most of my CVS bucks for them and anything that is free with rebate that they can use I get. Then when I get my rebates back it goes back into the food pantry fund. I also try to get the BOGO free stuff that I have coupons for. They are always thrilled to see me and it is very rewarding to help those in need in your local area. We also ended up adopting a family thru them for Christmas. This has taught my kids so much about the importance of doing things for others. It doesn't always take a lot of money to help out, but sometimes just a little time. Keep up the good work.

This site has helped me learn how to save so much money! Im going to talk to my aunt and my hubby aunt who are both very involved with our church to see if I can donate through the church or if they know where I can donate to. I also called my mom today and asked her if she would ask her preacher if their church donates they kind of things we get for free or almost to help in her area also.
