ha ha ha. I used it (the sugar free kind) to flavor my diabetic friendly sugar free drinks and

Instant coffee
cocoa
coffeemate flavored currently my fave is the vanilla cinnamon one.
vanilla (if needed)
sweetner
several ice cubes
milk.
dash salt

toss all that in a bullet blender and whiz until smooth. It gets me past that OMG I wish I had ice cream! stage.
