In the other part of couponmom there is a place just for expired military coupons with rules etc. Use the following link. I hope this helps.

there is a place in coupon mom to send expireds over seas...but i also collect up coupons
for over seas military familys..i have been independently collecting from all over the us and canada..just to let you know....you can contact me at;; imasugarfree@yahoo.com Donna

Military Wife living over seas!!
Hello!! I keep reading where people are asking for addresses to send coupons. My husband is in the Air Force we are stationed here at Yokota AB, Japan. We just moved here in May 08. We are going to be here until May 2012. We are financially strapped right now- we have 2 brand new cars that are in storage in the states that we are still paying for and things here are really exspensive- even at the commissary. I would really appreciate it if any one can send me coupons to help out my family and also my neighbors. This could really free up some extra money for Christmas. We can use current and expired coupons for up to 6 months after experation. We are ALOUD to use printed coupons. We CANNOT use coupons for specific stores. Please help us out by sending us your coupons. All i am asking is that you cut them out - you do not need to sort food and non- food. I can do that. What ever myself and my neighbors do not use will be dropped off that the coupon table at teh commisary. Valarie Phillips
