Anyone else notice the money making $.50 off ANY mentos coupon?

I always feel like I am talking to myself on here for the Dillons..but did anyone else with Kroger stores notice that the Mentos fruit mints are 2/$1? If you get your .50/1 mq from the 1/30 SS on ANY Mentos product you double it and make .50~
The gum is 10 for 10 right now. So you can use your .50 mentos gum coupon and get that free too. It's just not as good as making .50 per roll of Mentos mints!


I noticed though when I go to redeem say like ten of the coupons..only 5 will double. So I asked today and they cashier told me he thought it was because the computer recognized it was going too far into the negative. So if your wanting to get a free item with your overage you need to plan with that in mind.

At my Kroger the coupon will only double up to the price of the item, so only free Mentos for me. Enjoy your overage!
