No catalina or e-coupons

Today I went to Dillons to get the following items:

5 x BC fruit rollups/by the foot -1.99 ea
2 x Chex mix - 2/$3

I didn't get the $3.50 OYNO catalina and no e-coupon for the chex mix. One Q from shortcuts came off for the fruit rollups, but that's it. I had a $0.50 Chex Q on both shortcuts and cellfire and it didn't work. I'm not sure if it is something I'm doing wrong or what? Another question is, if you buy 2 of something and have a Q on both shortcuts and cellfire, are they both supposed to come off (one for each item)?

I hear that you can contact the shortcuts folks to get your card credited for the coupons that were supposed to come off. I wasn't sure if having more than one coupon for the same item (basically duplicate coupons from different sources) would work, but this week it worked for me. I had 2 different Nature Valley coupons come off and 2 different Hamburger Helper ones come off as well when I bought enough of those products to use multiple coupons. This was at Kroger. I also got the Catalinas that were due to me. I believe you can also contact the Catalina people for help if yours didn't print.
