So I just got back from doing my first real coupon mom test at Dillons. I got the add last Wednesday and then ordered my coupons and this is what I got.

15- Starkist Tuna pouches
14- Pillsbury Sweet Rolls 5ct
10- Lipton Pasta Sides

Each was $1
I used:
5-$1.50/3 Tuna
5- $.75/2 Pasta dbl $1/2
14- $.30/1 sweet rolls dbl $.60/1

Shelf total $67.21
OOP $20.21
+ $3.00 Catalina for the sweet rolls
73% savings!

Evidently I missed the signs for the Pillsbury deal buy 3 get $1.50, buy 4 get $2 and buy 5 or more get $3 oyno. If I would have known I could have broke the sweet rolls up into separate transactions and received $9 in Catalina's = free sweet rolls and $.20 in my pocket! Oh well, guess you gotta learn some how.

NICE JOB! At our Dillons, you earn 1 point/$1 on grocery items and once you reach 100 points, you get a slip on you receipt for .10 off/gallon of gas at Kwik Shop. I'm new to all this so my head is spinning w/ all the good deals waiting at Dillons + the gas savings!

Made my debut in Dillons shopping today. Sure alot to remember!

They were super helpful though and I hope to learn to do better...........I certainly didnt do 63% savings. Mine was 50%, spending $112 and saving $114.
