I'm shocked that a manager said this. I'm not a scammer. I spent almost $100 dollars there that morning and spend at least $200 at CVS a month.
I don't know why it became acceptable to get down on someone because they use coupons and take advantage of deals that their store offers to get business.
My husband thinks I should complain. I would but I don't want to make it ackward when I go in there again.
Thoughts?

I would have said something right then and there. I am
not confrontational but what he said is out of line. I would be on the phone with the cust. service number asap. No matter how many q's you use or how much $$ you spend, you are still a
paying customer. If they didn't want people to use EB's and q's, they'd have a different policy.
