Wow. Good deal. I thought about trying to use 2 different cards (one being my dads since i give him a lot of my free stuff due to his unemployment) but i'm still new to this and am afraid i'll get things mixed up. Maybe I'll be brave and try next time...

My daughters (both adults) and I went tonight and used 2 cards. As we finished, the cashier told us that at some stores if they see someone use more than one card, they will kick them out. I reminded her that although we used two cards, and obviously shopping together, that we were in more than one household. I will keep her words in mind on future trips, but definitely not use two cards with just me shopping.

I Went to cvs at 8 when the opened this morning and took my mom. She signed up for a card and I helped her get started. Well we came back to my house and on our way to our dinner we stopped back by so that my mom could get a griddle about 10:30am. The Manager was on duty this morning she had checked us both out earlier and then again the 2nd time. When we were leaving, she said we are open till 10 tonight ya'll come back and get some more of these deals. The first trip she showed us where all the "free" deals were and even met us at the door with the flyer. I went back around 4pm and used my mom's card (she said she'd only go with me so for me to keep it and use it for the ECB's) for some of the things she didn't get of the "free" items. But any way I was going get those few items and the Contact cleaner. Well the contact cleaner was all out, so the lady TOLD me That we could do FIVE Transactions (the limit of the contact solution) So that's what we did. 5 transactions with a few cents OOP each time, and then she gave me a Raincheck for the 5 bottles marked Paid for. And I ended up with almost $36.00 in ECB's at the end of it all. I am VERY thankful for the helpfullness of the ladies (and 2 gentlemen) at my CVS. As far as the 2 cards, I do my mom's shopping everywhere, and that I know of if you are shopping for yourself and someone else I don't see that there is much that anyone can do. I have done several transactions at numerous stores so that I can keep up with my mom's money and items and not mix them with mine. My mom doesn't go out much so I do most of her shopping. I wonder if those people don't realize at how many people do shop for others, like shut ins seniors, ect.

Nice job! The only stores I'm hitting up tomorrow for Black-Friday are CVS, WAGS, and Wal-mart. Sis is going to CVS, cousin going to WAGS, and I'm going to Wal-Mart.

I used my husband's card also like bethanyam used her Mom's. My CVS knows my husband as well as myself. The manager even asked if I had my DH card with me so I can get the same deals on his card. I was skeptical about my DH getting a card. I was unsure if you could have 2 cards per household even though I had seen other's who had one for each person. My sister works as an assistant manager at CVS and she told me that my DH should get a card as well. He normally goes with me but he and my son (who is home on leave) had a father son morning so he could not go. I think it depends on the store and if they know you. My store also knows that we give alot of items to charity and make sure I am aware of all the free items.
