Default My $3.72 CVS shopping trip tonight

I went late tonight to CVS so the prices for Saturday & Sunday were in the system (some sales were ending and some were just starting).

I got a $4.00 off $20.00 purchase in my email and needed a few things (I was totally out of Lipton tea bags) so here is my transaction:

1 box Lipton Tea Bags (100 count)
    on sale for $2.99

    1 can of Pam spray
    $3.59

1 Thera Flu with Lipton trial size packet
    99 cents

2 bottles of Soft Scrub Spray
    on sale for $2.49 each

2 Wet & Wild eye liner pencils (for my nieces Christmas gift bags)
on sale for 69 cents each

    Coupons used:
$4.00 off $20.00 purchase (which it was $20 something before Extra Care Card discounts came off)
    25 cents Lipton tea
    35 cents Pam spray
$1.00 Thera Flu (any size and there is another $1.00 coupon inside so I will do it again and again)
    $1.50 x 2 Soft Scrub spray
    $1.00 x 2 Wet & Wild

Total out of pocket = $3.72

    But that's not all Bob.....

I will now send in the rebate for the Pam Spray so it's like all I did was pay the tax!!!

And then I got a $5.00 off $20.00 Skin Care coupon from the red machine. I have five $4.00 coupons for Lumene products and they have the eye creams for $3.99 each. That will make a $5.00 overage I will use for milk and eggs. I will then get another $5.00 from the Beauty Club as my totals on my card will hit $50.00 again.

Would you please tell me which section of your store had the trial size Theraflu?

Oddly enough, they were on hang-tags near the greeting cards.

I had gotten about 10 of them last year (only one CVS store near me had them). They had the regular trial-size Thera Flu free with ECB's last winter so after I got the first one and there was a $1.00 coupon inside (good on any size), I just kept doing the deal each time I went. Then I had one coupon left that expires at the end of this year and didn't think I would use it. Then when I was walking thru CVS last week, I saw the new Thera Flu with Lipton tea trial-size packets so I can continue doing the deal again.
My boyfriend has been sick so he has been taking NyQuil at night then the Thera Flu during the day.
