I'm super excited about the CVS Black Friday deals!!! I printed out 4 pages of deals; will probably do most of them. I'm in the process of gathering my q's and fiquring out how many transactions i'll have to do.
I finally found some Q matchups for the ad, so I'll be doing the same thing this weekend!
Can always use cheese, high fiber product, soup and razor Q's
Does anyone else not see the great deals? Im having a hard time spotting them.
so you just buy, get the register rebate then buy something else with that and get rebate...
Basically. The idea is to use your ECB's on things that will give you ECB's thus "rolling" them. I started today with 25.00 in ECB's so I wanted my 1st transaction total after coupons to be as close to that 25.00 as possible. My OOP was .97 and I recieved 28.97 so I wanted my next transaction to be as close to that as possible. I spent 1.67 OOP and recieved 48.01 in ecbs and so on. At the end I have 56.76 in ecbs for next time.

It might help to look at it backwards. This is how I explained it to my cousin who is going tomorrow. She is starting with no ECB but has done some gift card deals at CVS before, so she knows CVS shopping just not on a larger scale. I told her to look through and find any gifts, larger items or any products that she would be likely to buy anyway. (preferable for a week or two ahead too) One for me this year was a request for an electric razor. It was on sale and I could just go buy it for $26 and just be done. But instead I bought $26 worth of items that paid back every dime in ECB. I bought those, got the goodies and then used the $26 in ECB to buy the razor. Same $26 spent but twice the amount of merchandise. OR do it twice, buy the items that will give you $26 (just and example) in ECB, buy another group of items with those ECB that will give you the same amount of ECB and then buy the item that you would have bought anyway. That means $78 in stuff for the same $26. That helped her see the possibilities. Even better if the items you are buying happen to be in the buy 30 get $10 gift card in the end!
