Default save or use eb's

Hey there- any one have a strategy for eb's - I guess the same would apply to register rewards at Walgreens too. Often times, I buy something that earns them, then get back in line and pay for the next thing with them, and so on. I wasn't going there that often, and I didn't want to forget to use them before they expire. Now that I'm treating the register at CVS like a slot machine, I will be there often enough to do it either way. Any thoughts??

I break up my CVS transactions. I make a list. The first one is the deal that will earn me extra bucks. Then I have 2nd or 3rd transaction for smaller amounts that will be free or next to nothing. Almost always I buy the things we will use (practical) but, once in a while I will splurge on something I wouldn't normally buy especially if it is on sale and or earns me extra bucks! I don't think there is a wrong or right way. Find a system that works for you and run with it.
