That's not true. There are lots of catalogs by the pharmacy counter at my store, and I just took 2. No questions asked.

My card is for $4 ECB when you spend $20, one time use only. (Can not be used with any other CVS coupon). I received the catalog in the mail on 11/10. Maybe it was mailed to me because I am signed up on the website.
