Here is what I did

(2) Glade holder $2.50 each
(2) Glade candle Refill $2.50 each
subtotal = $10.00
Use (2) Free refill wyb Holder MFR Q (from smartsource 11/1) deducted $5.00
Use (2) $1.50/1 Holder or Refill Q (in the tins) = 3.00
Total = $2.00 plus tax
Received $3 ECB wyb $10 Glade candle.

I only did this once because I have way too many holder/candles and I already submitted my J&J rebates.

Default Limit 3 Per Household

Hi guys! I was just wondering if anyone else is stuck in this situation.

The rebate is a limit of 3 per household. But I have purchased more than 3 uses for the rebate. Does anyone know if I can use my name, but put my mothers address? Or should I put my mother's name and address?

And I am also wondering what form the rebate comes as, visa, mc, cashiers check.

Can anyone help with my questions?

Thanks in advance!

As for me, I'll be content to do the limit of 3 at my home address.
