anyone do the photo frame deal?

I was just curious if anyone had done the photo frame deal - buy 2 get a $7 ECB. I noticed that there are many frames priced less than $6.99, but I am assuming that these don't produce an ECB. But I haven't tried. Almost did, but then realized I didn't have time. So curious to see if anyone else did try.

I bought a few frames priced at $4.00 and they definitely did not produce ECBs.
