Back to the Basics...Customer Service!

I, too, could not find the carving kit when I went on Monday's trip. The nicest guy serched the back high and low for another shipment (btw-i told him this was unecessary before he went off looking for them) and had no luck. When he returned, he told me that he didn't think they received the item so he would just give me 2 EB's for the inconvienence. :eek I should probably mention that this was only my second trip to CVS (they're new here in CA and I finally took the time to plan my trips) I was blown away with their customer service! Kuddos to CVS.

P.S. I now know why some of you don't even bother with WAGS anymore. Add me to that list!

I went to purchase the candy corn that was on sale until today. They were out of the 9 oz. bags that were 2/.88 so I asked if they could substitute the 20 oz. bag (originally $2.50) for $.88 (the cost of the sale items) and she said okay. I was glad they worked that out. They had just caught a shoplifter approx. 20 min. before I got there.
