Halloween Candy ECB and Mars BOGO Free ?

Anyone been to CVS this morning and buy the Mars Fun Size Candy bars that are buy one get one free? Just wondering if they are part of the Halloween Candy promo, buy $20 and get $5 Extra Care bucks?

Not sure about the Mars but I am guessing not as it would be double dipping. Anyone know of any coupons for the candy items??

I am curious about this as well since the photograph under the ECB part of the ad did show the same candy as the ones on the front for BOGO. So I'm also curious on this.

On something like the BOGO free candy that has a limit of 4 - do they track that on your card? Or can you get 4 more on a different transaction?

I disagree- I think it still would count towards the $20 total. The two promos are independent of each other.

As far as Q's, there are a few that come up on my database search. They're all $1/2 "M&Ms or Mars Bagged Candy 8.67 oz or larger cpn lists many varieties". Found in 9/27 RP and 10/11 RP.

Wow I will be bummed if the snickers are part of the ECB since I dismissed buying them. Oh well maybe I can get another round of them. There was no ECB sign underneath them but then again there was no BOGO under them either but the BOGO did scan.

I was able to purchase my candy yesterday with todays sales at my CVS.
I bought:

2 Snickers bars BOGO 3.59
2 Hershey Kisses @ 3 each 6.00
1 Nestle Crunch @ 3 3.00
1 Asst. Candy Reese @ 8.00 8.00
50 pieces/GOOD Pieces too!!

Total 20.59
Used 4 off 20 CVS
2 off 2 kisses CVS spitter
2 off any asst candy CVS email
1 Nestle Crunch IP Their website
1 Mars coupon mfg from Kroger flyer

total oop was 10.59 taxes .50 total 11.09

and then received the $5.00 ECB for spending $20 on their candy

I bought candy not in the picture and the asst. manager was very helpful.
They tagged their shelves early so they overlap their sales from Saturday/to Sunday. So then I used my 5 ECB to do the Kraft deal to get Kashi cereal and Quaker Granola bars for free.

THERE'S ONLY ONE PROBLEM!!! I HAVE BOUGHT THE CANDY AT LEAST 2 WEEKS BEFORE HALLOWEEN AND THERE IS 5 OF US IN THE HOUSE, WILL THERE BE ANY LEFT FOR HALLOWEEN..........

P.S. The ECB's didn't print so the asst. mgr. had to print them manually and he said how many do you want, ha ha. So I just repeated the deal and said $5 for spend 20 on the candy but whatever you want to print will be o.k. with me. He smiled and printed $6 ECB. I thought that was so sweet!!! I think I'll go back there again. My mom goes to that CVS on hwy 20 in Cumming for her prescriptions all the time.

Our CVS ad does not show any ECB deal for the candy. None last week either. ???? Guess I will get the BOGO M&Ms/Snickers Fun Size deal. <bummed>

Is the limit for this deal 1 total or 1 per week? I did the deal last week, but would love to do it again this week - I have five save $1 off of 2 bags of M&M's and they are BOGO this week.
