RIB magazine is sold at CVS. I found it in the make up aisle.
FWIW, I think Walgreens and Rite Aid sell it too, but the magazine is printed with coupons respective to each company. So, in other words, the CVS version of RIB has only CVS coupons, and Wags, only Wags coupons. I could be wrong about this....
