Thanks but I'm buying Zantac. Plus, I already did the J&J deal w/ Sudafed and Tylenol cold. After q's and ecb's, I paid $3 for $20 of cold meds.

Here's what I did with my $5/$30:

3 Revlon nail polish (already bought three earlier in the week) - $11.97, minus $3 MQs, get $9 ECBs
4 Benadryl allergy - $20, minus $4 MQs, get $10 ECBs

used $5/$30

Actual cost - 97c

Good job on your $800 week in Maui! I assume that did not include airfare, which has gone up TREMENDOUSLY in the last 18 months. We used to be able to fly over for under $300 each roundtrip from San Diego, but now you can't get a flight for less than $600 or more since Aloha Airlines went out of business. One good thing was I found our favorite sunscreen here, which I could not find anywhere at home, so we stocked up at Walmart, where it was about $4 less than at Longs. I will go check out Longs tomorrow...they carry local produce, and I want to see their ad to see if there are any good deals...good to know I can use my ECBs there!

(I'm jealous--haven't been there since our honeymoon!) Enjoy yourself CVS will wait on you until you get back.
Went snorkeling today...saw LOTS of colorful fish and at least 5 sea turtles! Have biked down Haleakala in the past....way cool!

PSCmom, be patient. It took a couple MONTHS before I received anything from CVS. Now I get the emails regularly.

So, I tried for the Revlon polish and the mgr. denied me. I went to a different CVS , not my regular store, to save time. The cashier was forcing the q's through but hit something wrong, had to get the mgr. to void it out and then the mgr denied my q's. My dh agreed w/ the magr. that nail polish isn't makeup. Umm, than what is it?
So, I had to get something else to use my q and dh picked up $14 ear buds. Somehow I think it was all a big conspiracy!! LOL

yes, i would rather be in maui any day than at cvs. but it was nice to be able to use all the freebie money accumulated at cvs to lower food/shopping costs while there. actually, my hubby has been with the airlines for 5 years now, so no airfare costs. it's the perk for him driving 500 miles a week to and from work. and he has a website he goes to where he got us a 2 bedroom condo for $263 for the week. there was a studio this week for only $105 for the whole week. if you are adventurous, you should check out the bamboo forest. i can give you specifics if you want. my family's favorite thing to do there. you hike/trail through this bamboo jungle only to end up at your own personal waterfalls to play in.
