i must say that since coming to this site, i have been very jealous over those of you that have a CSO at your CVS stores. I wanted one but none of the stores in my area have them. Well I went to my CVS in Dallas, Pa and they installed one this past week. I am so happy!!!!!!!!

I was talking to this lady I know that works at CVS. She said the Q's from the CSO are based on the shopping history of the Extra Care Card holder.

ours is always out of business lol or gives me these crappy cvs brand things like $1 cvs water

Both our Cvs have the machine but there is NEVER any paper in it. The manager said they've requested the paper many times, but it is never sent.
It's so disgusting.

I actually used that $1 off Q for their water - I'm a Crystal Geyser drinker, but since their water was on sale and I had that Q, it made it a good deal for me and the water is fine.....FYI.

try calling 1-800-shopcvs. maybe the customer service people can help her get the paper.
