I received it in the mail yesterday but cannot register it online. When I get to the place to put the number if says it is not valid. Anyone have this problem or better yet a solution. Thanks.

I had the exact same issue!! Send an email to customercare@cvs.com and they will do it for you on their end. I got a response within an hour of sending my email yesterday.
Afer waiting weeks for a card that never showed up, I just got one at the counter in my local store. Worked fine right away.
If all else fails-just grab one today in your store.
Mine was from the local store too but for some reason when I tried to register it online it would not accept my last name or phone number. I tried 3 times over 2 days thinking it was an issue with their website. Finally gave up and just emailed. I was asked to tell them my last purchase, total amt and how I paid as proof I guess that the card was really mine.
I just emailed their customer service.
I'm also having issues (just got mine today and wouldn't let me register it). I emailed customer service and they sent me some standard reply back saying to email someone else...so I did, and haven't heard back yet (about 8 hours ago).
Hopefully it will get up there soon! Although I did go take my first trip to CVS today...spent 24, saved 14 in sales/coupons and got 7 ECB. Not to shabby!
I got my card two weeks ago, and I tried to register right away(the excitement of it all just got the best of me). It gave me the message that my name and number were "null".
I can't count the times I tried to register thinking I was making some ding-a-ling mistake.
I finally got tired of trying. I called my local CVS and asked about it. The lady told me that the forms you fill out when you get the card are then mailed on Mondays to the main office. She said to give it a few days to get sent in, received, and info put into the computer, etc. I just tried to register my card again, and it gives me that same "null" message.

I tried for 2 months then just gave up and called the 1800 #
I did not get my Quarterly 2% savings and when I ask why not they
said you have to spend at lest $25 to get your 2% back
1 I know I spent way more than $25 oop.
2 even if I did not I still want my 2% lol![]()
