How to obtain a copy of the CVS Coupon Policy?

I see that some of you post that you have a copy of the CVS coupon policy.

I e-mailed CVS corporate to see if they could send it to me and they replied that they are not allowed to duplicate their policy.

So I was wondering how those of you who have a copy obtained it?
