Coupon for L'Oreal

I cannot find the coupon for the L'oreal ($5.00) anywhere. I looked where it was listed here but don't see it. Is it possible it wasn't included in my paper? I also didn't have something else that was listed in that paper. Where are you guys seeing it?

it's on the MQR website.

The Q on their website never worked for me over the wknd (black screen) but this morning the site is up and running.
