CVS customer service response
I told you about my experience with CVS assistant manager who drove across town to bring me the box of Fiber One bars they forgot to gave me. I emailed CVS to let them know what a great employee they have. Here is the response I got back.

We are always grateful when a person will take the time to comment on any aspect of our business. As you can well imagine, many of the comments we receive take the form of "constructive criticism," so it is particularly pleasing to receive comments such as yours, which in essence say, "Thanks for a job well done." Great! Don't you love it when you can make someone else's day just buy a quick email of thanks? I'm sure Patty will be pleased, and remember it when dealing with all couponers/customers...
