Finished all ECBs and guess what I got 10/50 and 5/25 CRT

This Tuesday finished all my ECBs in buying swimming goggles etc and in fact paid OOP 2.00. On wednesday swung by CVS and scanned the card and guess what ... got 10/50 and 5/25 CRT and a few other for water,Cookies etc. I am just wondering that why is it that I always end up getting x/xx Q always as soon as I finish all my ECBs... as if coupon god is just waiting to see my ECBs gone that I get something to have a large OOP just to use those x/xx Qs.

Am I the only one? or os this is the way it is always supposed to be... Fresh OOP.
