where did you complete/find the survey?

They sent us an email, asking if we wanted to participate. It took place on June 21st. If you completed it, you will receive $10. ECB's. They will be distributed, beginning July 9th, so my email said.

I didn't get an email but I did get a $4/$20 on my receipt yesterday along with the ECBs for the purchases I made. For those who don't get the email, maybe a small in-store purchase and it could print out?

I got a $5/$25 e-mail this morning, plus my notice for my $6 in quarterly EBs (I got 4 prescriptions filled last quarter with double bucks).
