Confirmed here in the Atlanta area. I did 2 deals yesterday using my $4/20 and then again when I got to work, figuring the word might not have gotten out in this area-I was right!!!
Only this time I used a $5/30. They only had 3 boxes but no problem-when you run into this, simply fill in with that good 'ole freestyle monitor to fill in the gap - also added 4 Soy Joy and a St. Ive's trial. Only way this could be any better is if they were handing them out at the door!    Total before taxes $1.97

Thank you for posting this! I got 4 boxes today at my CVS for $0.99 each, what a great deal, over 90% savings. I made a special trip just for this deal, these pads are great, and I have wanted to use these $4 coupons since we got them. My cashier was amazed too.

Thank you so much for posting this deal. I made sure that I got to CVS this morning before they ran out (I was afraid they wouldn't give a raincheck since it's not advertised). I was able to get a few boxes. Wish I had more coupons. The only thing that would make this deal better is if I didn't have to pay tax on the pre-coupon price.

I was one confused Male trying to find them
 ...so i ask the cashier she show them to me ...then i gave her the Q's and ask if she needed them??? i said i was going give them away... yes, she did take them...
