We love the Cakesters too but I hate the SoyJoys. I needed to roll some ECBs so I bought them but DH took them to work and gave them to someone there.

And I was so worried about not getting any yummy SoyJoys. I was able to find them no problem. Ate one on the way home, in the car of course!

I need to report that I am the biggest hypocrite here! I have stated more than once that SoyJoys are so bad that I would not even donate them!
Well I had $8.00 in ECB that were to expire today so I bought 8 SoyJoys just to roll my bucks. I am going to donate them to the Food Pantry just in case someone there might want them.

please donate the soy joys if you do not want them. i have volunteered at a local church's homeless ministry at times and it is humbling to see these men and women excited over a piece of cake that is several days beyond its prime and the icing is falling off or a pair of shoes two sizes too big.

I agree 100%!!!

I serve Thanksgiving dinner every year at my friend's chuch (they never get enough people to volunteer since everyone is so "busy""). The looks on the people's faces when they get served is priceless. This past Thanksgiving was the first time we saw whole families come in. We had more people come in to eat than expected but we still made sure everyone ate. The volunteers ate very litte since we knew we could eat at home and would go to bed that night in a nice warm house.
When my friend and I were leaving to walk back to his house, there was a group of homeless men near a bus stop and asked us we had money for them to get something to eat at the 7-11. We said no but pointed them down the street to the church as there was still food left over.
All of the food was donated by local grocery stores.

When the US Post Office had their annual food drive, I filled up 3 bags of groceries I got free with coupons (pasta, soup, toothpaste, toothbrushes, soaps, shampoo and of course, Soy Joy bars).

That is correct, S: for Wags. CVS WILL give you ECB rainchecks. If you go out again before Sunday, get your raincheck!

Thumbs down Raisin Almond-not so much

I had never tried this flavor--I prefer the berry or mango ones. Against my better judgement I bought 4 of them. I had one today and I couldn't quite place the taste until it came to me--they tasted like how nail polish smells!!
