Default OMG! Majorly messed up!!!

I went in today, very confident, with my scenarios written out with what the price is, Qs to use and ECB to receive. Should have been an in and out deal!!

First off, none of the items for this week's ad were marked with ECB stickers or the sale price with card. Also, unfortunately, somehow I got the impression that the April ECB started already. Well, if they have, my store hasn't yet!!!! I was going to do 4 transactions starting with the Glucose monitor. Forgot to use my ECB on that. THen, the second transaction was the Natures Dental one and it didn't print ECB. She asked me if I already got the ad....I said I did...since I've seen it! So, she has never refunded something when using coupons. It was .32 OOP, but the register was wanting her to give me the other 15 back too. She finally got a manager and had to credit my card (didn't have change ) and then gave the rest on a gift card, because I had also used my 9.99 ECB. That threw off the 3rd transaction, so I just ended up doing...

Lasting Impressions x 2 @ 5.99
-BOGO (messed it up the first time b/c she scanned the $4 first, had to have the manager help again)
-$4 MQ
Aveeno Shave Gel @ 4.99
-$2 MQ
Easter Eggs @ 0.99

Was like 7.41 that I paid with the gift card, with $3 ECB back. Not at all good IMO. At this point I wasn't even thinking about what ECB I had!

My scenarios were going to be like a total of 5.54 OOP for all 4 transactions. However, I now have $10 ECB and 7.40 left on a GC.

It went so bad I didn't want to venture in Wags! Lol. Although, this girl was so sweet. I kept apologizing and she said she would be doing the same thing I was as far as ringing and rolling the ECB. That made me feel a little better. The manager was very helpful and sweet as well. I will be going back tomorrow though!
