Took my DD to soccer practice last night in So. Bend and went to CVS while waiting. I bought 2 Pantene shampoo and 2 Pantene conditioners. Had two $1.00 off 2 Pantene Q's. Also had two Q's for free Pantene styler when purchasing 2 shamp/cond. Got two gels since I bought 4 total shamp/cond. Cashier wasn't going to let me use the $1/2 since I had used the Q to get the free gel. HUH? She asked another cashier and she said "why not"? Thank goodness! She took all my q's and then I got my $4 worth of bucks back ($2 back when buy 2 pantene). She also mentioned that my bucks don't expire even though there is an expiration date on them. I had read that on here before, but hadn't been told by CVS until last night.

I did have this exact same problem as well. I tried to explain to them, the logic, I finally had them give me back the $1/2 shampoo/cond coupons, as I had my 2 yr old and 1 yr old with me, and since I still thought that was a good price, and my older kids had picked the products they liked, so I wasn't going to try to find everything again another time. I did get $6 EB back, Gibby, did you get $4 or $6 back?

Hi, mgirliam! I received $4 in extra bucks because I bought 4 total. I think the deal was $2 EB when you buy 2 bottles. I went to my local CVS and they wouldn't take the $1/2 Q along with the Q for free Pantene styling product. I was able to use all Q's at Walgreens and Walmart with no problems at all! Geez!
