There's a number on the back of the CVS cards that you can call. I know you don't have one right now, but hopefully someone else can post it for you (my card doesn't have one as it's an employee discount card). They should be able to issue you a new card with all the same information. I believe if you already have an account set up at CVS.com you can request one there also.

when I got my eplacement card it did have all the same info but a different card # so the xbs I had with the old card # would not work with the new card I got as it was a different #. Maybe they have changed it now that you can get a replacement card with the old number.

i am in the same boat!

so I just called CVS cs and the girl was great! She asked me for my phone number (the one I use in the store to have them look up my card) and she said she would send me a replacement card in the mail (i will get it in 7-10days) and that all my information will be transferred including unprinted ECB's, my points and coupons. Easy as C-V-S! She said to use my phone number lookup in the mean time. I called: 1-888-607-4287.
