If you call the corporate office and tell them certain information from your receipt, they should be able to tell you what went wrong and/or force your ECBs to print next time. What does the bottom of your receipt say?

yep there are some true north nuts on clearance. but you q's dont matter. there is sometimes just a glitch in the system. saw it today at the store i work at with the dry idea deoderant.

Did your manQ's make the total less than $15.00 ? At my cvs if ManQ's make the total less than the required spending amount I then have to buy more to reach the amount needed for the ecb's! Make any sense?

Is that really how it works at your store? Thats not right, then you cant slowly make your way to the $15 you're supposed to reach... You're supposed to have all week to reach those amounts. Like with the loreal deal, I've reached 10 so far and tonight i'm going to get the next 10 and 5 ecb's will print.

Also, maybe she didnt get the nuts that were on clearance, at my stores none were on clearance. I vote on the maybe they were split up into quaker and true north answer. haha

Another suggestion-I had a prob recently when my Tricents ECB didn't spit out. After a call to Corp. it appeared on my very next reg receipt with my next purchase!

I had the same problem today. I bought the nuts on clearence and Quaker Bars - 10 count...Of course, I used lots of Qs. Total before Qs was about around $17. I showed the manager and he forced the Extra Bucks.
