Do you have more than one cvs in your area?
go to one of them, tell them that you are going to give a good reference for a cashier/manager, but you need the number for corporate. they will give you the number. if you call the 800 number that rings you directly to corporate.
i will ask my mom how complaints are handled, but if you dont get satisfaction there is always someone higher on the food chain.
the buck doesnt just stop with district manager, you can keep going up the chain. i would have told him that no i was not satisfied, that he works for a corporation and within corporation there are rules and you have never heard a district or store being able to change corporate policy. that you feel your were discriminated against either for your disability or for coupon use and you were singled out and you dont like the way you felt in one of his stores. then go on to say that if he can not help find "justice" that you will keep right on reporting that store or him until you reach that justified feeling.
the only person that can help us is ourselves. i asked one of my local managers about changing corporate policy about coupons and things, he just laughed. you cant change it, you might bend it a little, but you dont change it. keep pushing, it is your right. if you feel wronged, dont let them win.
