On the couponmom home page, there is a place to click on the left side of the page, where it says 'grocery coupon database' you can view the coupons coming out on Sunday, usually the day before. You can also use the search engine to find a specific coupon from several weeks back (like if you see a deal posted here and you want to get in on it) then just go through your inserts (keep them dated) and find it quicker. I was able to get the free tylenol from Publix this way, I hadn't clipped the tylenol Qs from a while back. I think in the forum section 'have a question, beginners start here' you can find a thread for the abbreviations.
