Default How many poly sheet are in your binder?

Ok, I have decided to take another plunge into using the binder for my q's. Right now I have a box system and it works pretty good. But...I found a really cute binder on clearance for $7.00 (It was 29.99) This binder even has a shoulder strap so I can carry it like a purse.

My question is, how many poly sheets (baseball card sheets) do you have in your binder? I have found a company on line ( Ultra-PROŽ 6-Pocket Album Pages for Trading Cards and Other Collectibles - The2Buds ) that sell different size pocket poly sheets but I do not want to buy a lot more than I will need. I also don't want to buy to few due to shipping and handling.

Any estimates would be helpful. Thanks!

I'm on my 3rd set and still have some sheets I haven't used yet. I switched to the binder system a few months ago and love it. Mine has a shoulder strap and fits in the front of the shopping cart. I open it up when I get in the store and flip through as needed. It took a little while to get it together, but it works well for me.

Good luck!

LOL I have 2 binders......they weigh a combined weight of 10 lbs and that's keeping it cleared every week.... how many sheets? I have no idea but I get my baseball card holders at Target for $4.99 and I think I've purchased 6 or 7 packs...but then I usually give my newbie friends 4 pages to get started...

I have 6 10 packs of 6 slot pages and 8 10 packs of 10 slot pages, for a total of 140 pages. I use a 2 inch binder. I clip pretty much everything, from 4-8 papers a week, and I print a lot of IPs. The 6 slot pages have 4x6slots, perfect for IPs, and I can use both sides of the pages, for a total of 2320 slots, but I really prefer to only use the front of the pages. By the end of the month before I pull expireds my binder is stuffed.

I probably have about 30 pages, which was plenty for me...but I love the ones on the site you listed....I had the plain 9 pocket pages, but I don't use my binder as much now because I don't like bending my Q's...I would love to have a few different sizes of the bigger pocket pages. Sorry I couldn't be of more help, but thanks for the link.

I think I am on my 7 or 8th packet of the baseball card ones.

I have a 5 inch case it binder and I'm pretty close to exploding out of that one now too....so I gotta watch what I'm doing here.

Vagabond -- Do you carry both binders in the store with you each time you shop? Do you notice people looking at you funny? My mom thinks I'm nutty for carrying the binder in the store -- "do you really carry that think everywhere?"

And I proudly tell her yes and show her how much I saved on that trip

Oh my.. yes I do I actually have a nice bag from East Tenn Univ that my dd got when she was checking out the school....I carry them in that. I usually try to find a cart close by because they are heavy. People do look. However, more people come up and tell me they wish they or their spouse were so organized. Usually I find a coupon to share with them and they are so pleased...its like I gave them a chocolate candy bar!!

When I showed my mom she wished she had thought of it. She's been couponing forever (ever since I can remember and I'm 53!). Unfortunately she's in a wheelchair but she carries three fat envelopes full of coupons....she's stockpiled like us...not bad for a 79 year old broad!

My binders are white and bright green. I usually keep 1 in the bag while I work with the other. I prop the working one up on the bag. My girlfriend who is very stylish carries a funky one she proudly waves around (its a lot slimmer than mine) and my other friend carries a bright yellow one! So tell your mom that its your money bag!! And that its the rage this year!

I am fairly new but am on my second pack of card holders from Target.
(paid for with my Kashi $5 gift cards

I dont put different coupons on the back side so I may have to use more sheets than others?

My hubby gets my coupons from a recycle center and they are literally taking over the house :O I have even had 20 copies of the same coupon etc...

Currently I am using a leather like book with handles thats made by DayRunner. I had it in the closet and was glad to finally use it. I hope I dont have to graduate to a thick binder but I may have to.

I am not embaressed to bring it in stores because I have seen business people use their brief cases or dayrunners like large wallets.
I am hoping I sort of can pass for that?

As it grows I will just have to go and not be embarrassed I guess

I do try to shop in low crowd times and I always try to chose a lane with no customers so I dont hold everyone up.

There must be coupon folks where I shop because I often see where a coupon fairy has left coupons all over the store.
One day there had been coupon fairys in EVERY single store I visited
