Deleting threads.....trade area only

OK traders we all know that many of the threads here expire quickly. I am asking for a bit of help to maintain this section a bit easier.

1) For those of you who have threads going with lists each week (like google documents, etc), Could you please make a new thread at the beginning of each month and date it in the title for me??? That way each month I can delete the old ones just to keep things moving along easier.

2) For those of you with quick trades or the ones giving away envelopes ( guess my number or first person to ask et al) Could you please post a last response saying this is gone. That way when I see that your trade is finished, I can delete those threads. This way people can keep up with the current threads and know when you don't have this to offer any more.

3) If I see other things come up, I will add to this list. Suggestions or comments please PM me.
