Lately,it appears that many of you do not know who or where to send your trades. When I started trading, if someone asked for something and I had it I took out an envelope and put their user name on the back of it. This way I knew who wanted what just in case life happened and I didn't get an address.
If I don't hear back after PMing or emailing them, then I see if someone else wants them. (Cross out name and add new one.) This had made things less stressful for me as well as less time consuming. I also started a spreadsheet and added items each person wanted or liked. That way if I ran across something I know who may want it. The only people who have not gotten back to me, even if I had to remind them, were the people for the sugar free or diabetic supplies. To me that's a pretty good percentage of me being to help someone else. I hope this suggestion helps more of you. By the way I already clip everything out so it doesn't make for any more time on my part. Blessings and Hugs, "Angel" |

I started the envelope system about two days ago. Anytime I initiate a trade, I stick those coupons in an envelope and write their username in the top left hand corner of the envelope. That way, if the trade doesn't go through, I can still use the envelope since that spot is were my return address label goes.
But this system has helped so much (and keeps my desk area from looking cluttered). |

copy/paste the list to word, then i delete what i don't want. in the PM i copy my "wants" and also save that list with the nickname and later if we trade add their name and address to that list.
that has worked for me.
