Default Central policy library

Would like to have a section of the forum where we can post and find official current coupon/sale/competitor policies for stores. These should be organized by region/state where possible, and printable so we can carry them with us. Would also like to include the customer service number. Armed with this info we can avoid a lot of misunderstanding on behalf of the store employees as well as our own. A few times when I complained, the company would have the store mgr. call me. That's a nice personal gesture but yielded lots of misinformation. Just gimme the real policy in writing and save those poor beaten up, overworked managers some time!

Sometimes when I search the web I come across sites where you can comparison shop. You pick a list of items and then ask for the comparison and it will list the items down the side and the stores across the top and tell you where the item is cheapest. Wouldn't that be nice here on CM, just pick the list of items and then the database would tell you where it's cheapest? Or maybe when you pick an item, the database automatically tells you that it's cheaper somewhere else and would you like to leave it on your list for this store or not. I do enough different stores that I get confused by the many lists. Just a thought.
