Believe me when I say I felt the same way when I started. In KC, as far as stores supported directly on this site, we have Walmart, Target, Walgreens, CVS and Hyvee. That's mostly the same list as you, subbing HyVee for Dillons. (We had Dillons but they all closed last year.) I know Price Chopper is listed in the store list, but that Price Chopper store chain is actually somewhere else...east coast I think. The only store that doubles is Hen House, only up to .50c, and their everyday prices are crazy high. If it's not on sale, don't bother.
But after hanging out a while I figured out that the principles that apply to the stores that ARE supported here also apply to the ones I have locally. Basically, collect the coupons from all sources, file them so you can find them when you need, then evaluate what's on sale or clearance and match what you can. Then build a stockpile so that after a while you only buy it if it's nearly free. The truth is that all stores have some of the same items featured within a week or two of each other b/c the brand is being featured by its maker. It may not be the same price and we certainly don't have stores that feature do this then get $10 off your next order (unless Dillons does that...don't know), but you do the best you can. Post your deals in the right place and let everyone cheer you on. Maybe you find someone nearby to share deals with. Go to the store websites and you can get their ads to do their match-up for yourself. In truth, I do prefer paper, but we don't get the Wednesday paper, so it's nice to know the computer is always here for me. I know Dillons posts online, so that should meet your need.
I guess what I'm saying is don't give up on the site just b/c it isn't perfect. There's a lot you can get out of it.
