How about a store name?

When I print out my shopping lists from the database by state, they all look the same. Would it be possible to add the name of the store at the top? Generally I write it on there and it's not really a big deal, but I do this often very early in the morning before I'm fully awake, and I've gotten the lists mixed up more than once now.

I think it used to. I just printed out a Publix list today and it's not there, it just says "Atlanta Georgia". I know it used to have the stores that the list was printed from.

I printed out a Walmart, Walgreens and CVS and they all say Atlanta Georgia - Walmart (or walgreens or cvs) on the top. My Kroger list says Ohio & Indiana Kroger at the top. ????
