went to bilo tonight to get the tony's pizza's that were on sale for 1.00, cashier manually undoubled one coupon then told me she was going to manually enter the rest so they wouldnt double and then told me corporate told her not to double that particular coupon...bunch of poo...then a customer service lady came up (i asked for a manager) and she told me that doubling that particular coupon was coupon fraud and actually resulted in someone being fired just this morning (can we say full of crap?). what it comes down to is bi-lo wanted the full dollar for that pizza, not just the 50 cents the manufacturer will reimburse. I dont think it's fair to have a store policy to double coupons then try and pick and choose which deals are too good to double.
