Coupon Policy at Bi-Lo's in NC

My Dad and step-Mom live in the Asheville, NC area and Bi-Lo is one of their stores. I want to help them realize how much they could be saving on their grocery bill if they start using coupons.

Does Bi-Lo double coupons? If so, is it just specific days? What amount do they double up to?

Does Bi-Lo accept IP's?

Any other special information relative to coupons that you can provide, would be helpful.

The stores here in the charlotte/concord area double up too 99 cents and they will take ip's if they scan.
