Default Printer is out of ink....good place to buy ink?

I have two printers and they are both low on ink. I have printed out too many coupons and lists and my ink has run dry. I heard WalMart is cheap,
any other places I should check out?

When a site says you can print up to two coupons, is it per household?

When it says two q's it is per computer... 2 computers = 4 q's.

In cali, not sure, but Houston has a place called Cartridge World. We get them for about 30% less than Walmart. Walgreens I heard they refill cartridges. If you plan on getting a new printer ever, look into the Kodak printers, they have the cheapest ink refills on the market.

    Thanks Mary.
have two towers...so if I plug them both in I can get 4 q's? Do I need to set up two email addresses/ log in as two different users?

I have two HP printers. I have a Walgreens near me so I'll check that out for sure.

    Thanks for the reply! ~Dondi~

The real thing you need to look at is what the cost of new ink vs buying a new printer. I have a few printers whose ink refills when you buy both a color and black cartridge turns out to be more expensive than buying a new printer.

Printer manufactures follow the razor selling plan....sell the razor/printer for cheap/loss make the profit on blades / ink.

Walgreens is great for refilling, but your cartridge may be unable to be refilled or unsupported at Walgreens. They can only fill certain types. Walmart used to sell a generic cartridge called nukote but they stopped carrying the model my printers needed. Depending on your model you might be able to refill your own, however that can get messy.

I generally run out of black first and refill at Walgreens then once the cartridge is dead and unable to be refilled I look at the cost of a new cartridge vs buying a new printer....usually the printer wins out especially if I need to add a color cartridge to the order too.

Amazon. I got a great deal on off brand ink, 4 black, 2 of each red, blue, yellow for less than ten bucks. Type in your printer and printer ink (brother mfc 490w printer ink). Never had a problem with them. Printed lots of Q's with them.
