Welcome to the club! Coupons (Q's) come in the Sunday paper and there are links to print coupons on Coupon Mom (CM) under "printable coupons". When you get the sunday paper there will be 1-4 coupon inserts. Reg Plum( RP), 1 or 2 Smart Source (SS), P&G (PG once a month) and occasionally Moments to Remember by Pepsi, and General Mills (GM). There are never coupons in the paper on holiday weekends. When you go to the grocery deals by state and pull up the store you want there will be a list of whats on sale for that store and if there is a coupon available. The coupon will be listed by the date it came in the paper and which insert (RP, SS, PG, GM etc). If there is a printable coupon for an item the link will be there. Most of us get multiple papers. I get 4-10 depending on the coupons released that week in my area. Coupons are regional so you won't get some coupons or the values may be different. Remember CM is a guide and prices and coupons may be different in your area.
That being said, you really need to read everything and when you have done that, read some more. Start with the ebooks and videos on the CM site under "learn to coupon" then read every post in the begginer section here on the forum.
