Default Hello and thanks for a site that I can get info and vent about coupons!!

    Hi everyone.

I am new to strategic couponing. Have done some minimal couponing over the years but not at my current commitment level. My dh was laid off on April 1st this year. I gave up my job to move with him so we can care for an aging family member. We both feel that God is in this shadow stage of our life. It will come to pass and we will have jobs again. So in the mean time. I am trusting in His great care, and doing the couponing thing as a way to both stock pile while keeping our food costs down. So far it has been worth it. I buy 34 papers per week and hit about 4 to 5 stores on my grocery shopping day. I live in a rural setting and we hope to have a chicken coup up by the end of Nov. Dh hopes to get a couple of deer this fall and that will help the meat supply.

Anyway thanks for all the information, i am amazed at how many q's I have already. Got a binder, and get the looks when I walk into Winn Dixie, and CVS. But hey I'm saving on groceries, and that makes me so happy.

    Blessings to all.
