I signed up for the newsletter about a year ago. They send you emails with offers and coupons. So you'll probably just have to wait for those. I have no idea about tech problems. Maybe you could contact Kelloggs. They usually have a "contact us" link on their page.
I just did that recently with Similac because I signed up with them and all I was getting were e-mails and mailers of the same info about my pregnancy progress, where a friend of mine who signed up gets $5 check vouchers and coupons and samples all the time, so I e-mailed there contact us link. I got an e-mail back in a few days and a mailer with some q's in it about a week after. I just said I had a question about how being signed up as member helped me exactly, and that I just get the same info via mail and e-mail.
